Refunds and Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns except in cases where the product is damaged or faulty.

In the case of exchanges, they will be done within 2-3 working days once approved.

For refunds, the approved amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

In case of Damaged product

Nuclear Farm needs to be notified of damaged product within 3 days from delivery date via email to admin@nuclearfarm.com or WhatsApp on +91 62- 62-93-63- 63
In the email or WhatsApp do share order number, image of invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of damaged product and opening box video.
In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and exchanged.
We will be happy to re-send and exchange the product(s) promptly and we will work with you on providing an amicable solution.
Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
