This ghee is made from the milk of Gir cows, which is very healthy and pure. We use the old Bilona method, where we first make curd from fresh milk. Then, we churn the curd slowly by hand using a wooden churner to get makkhan (butter). After that, we boil the butter in clay pots on a slow flame. This keeps the ghee’s natural golden color, desi smell, and real taste alive. We don’t use any machines or chemicals. The ghee is made with patience and care, just like it was made in our villages. It is good for digestion, boosts immunity, and makes food healthy and tasty. Every spoon of this ghee feels like pure love from your grandmother’s kitchen.
